Retail Manager

• Responsible for the development and management of branding strategies and marketing programs.
• Oversee and manage the Preferred Partner and Exclusive Partner programs.
• Accountable for the entire process from pre-launch to the successful launch of new products.
• Monitor sell-out performance, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Conduct statistical analysis of regional market demand.
• Develop and implement sell-out strategies to optimize sales.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Marketing, with experience in smart appliances considered a plus.
• A quick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to various challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a mature and engaging personality.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen sense of time management and urgency.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
