Intro

We are looking for a talented Retail Interior Design Documenter/ 3D Artist to join our StudioMKZ team. This position offers a unique remote work environment where you will have the flexibility of working from your own home. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely on a diverse range of projects from retail to hospitality projects which are based in Australia.

Your Role

We are looking for an all-rounder who is capable of producing high level 3D renders based on design concepts and furthermore, being able to reflect the concept designs into a full set of architectural construction plans. The right candidate will be working closely with the design director(s) of the company.

Qualifications:

1. Intermediate to Fluent in English (written & speaking) with good communication skills.
2. Proven experience as a Retail Interior Design Documenter with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
3. Proficient in colour and material selections, FF&E selections & Construction Documentation.
4. Proficiency in AutoCad.
5. Proven experience as a 3D Artist with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
6. Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software - SketchUp and Enscape preferred.
7. Excellent attention to detail and a good eye in design and anything creative.
