About the role

Join us as a Retail Assistant and Admin. This full-time position is based in our bakery located in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. As a Retail Assistant and Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and supporting the overall administration of our bakery operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all our bakery customers
2. Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions with accuracy
3. Restocking and maintaining the display of baked goods and other retail items
4. Assisting with general administrative tasks such as inventory management and data entry
5. Supporting the bakery online stores

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
3. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling cash and inventory
4. Ability to work well in a team and be adaptable to changing priorities
5. Basic computer skills for data entry and administrative tasks
