Job description
Ability to support the manager in leading the team and handling various customer situations.
Supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability and willingness to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to multitask and handle stressful situations, especially when it comes to communicating with customers.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Experience with standard operating procedures and updating them when needed.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Consistent and organized in managing inventory.
Experienced with using POS systems, Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Drive.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Maximum of 75 minutes commute from their home to Pacific Place Mall.
10 hours a day (already includes 1.30 hours break), 6 days a week.
Between 28 - 35 years old.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in similar roles.
Experience in the food and beverage industry, especially in Japanese Cuisine/Restaurant.
Proficient in English for verbal and written communication.
Willing to work in shift schedules and be flexible with hours.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Honest, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
