Job description
  • Ability to support the manager in leading the team and handling various customer situations.
  • Supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability and willingness to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to multitask and handle stressful situations, especially when it comes to communicating with customers.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Experience with standard operating procedures and updating them when needed.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Consistent and organized in managing inventory.
  • Experienced with using POS systems, Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Drive.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Maximum of 75 minutes commute from their home to Pacific Place Mall.
  • 10 hours a day (already includes 1.30 hours break), 6 days a week.
  • Between 28 - 35 years old.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry, especially in Japanese Cuisine/Restaurant.
  • Proficient in English for verbal and written communication.
  • Willing to work in shift schedules and be flexible with hours.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
