About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at DOEUN Korean Grill restaurant in Central Jakarta. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our prestigious restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and financial management
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and optimise operational efficiency
3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and hosts
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
5. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
6. Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development
7. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and complaints
4. Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control
5. Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
