Resort/Dive Center Manager (Singles/Couples) Wanted in Indonesia

Gangga Divers and Lotus Hotels are seeking hands-on management professionals for our newly acquired resort and dive center in Indonesia.
The managers will be responsible for ensuring smooth resort and dive center operations, overseeing logistics, and delivering exceptional guest service.

The selected candidates will have the following requirements, personal qualities, and skills:

• Active and renewed PADI OSWI certification
• Hands-on experience in operations and logistics
• Multilingual (Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus)
• Able to lead the resort/DC and its staff ensuring high standards of personalized service
• Used to living in a remote environment
• Good staff relations
• Charismatic, problem solver, good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent people/guest management skills and ensure a ‘family-like’ atmosphere through socializing with guests
• Flexible, pro-active, organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Drive business, seek opportunities, create and maintain a high performance culture
