Research Officer (Data Analyst)

We are looking for an immediate start, so please only apply if you are available now and willing to work on-site (Tokyo Hub PIK 2).

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, organize, and analyze data to explore issues, identify trends, and solve problems in a wide range of issues, including digital infrastructure, healthcare, education, socio-politics, financial markets, and economics.
2. Writing reports, essays, and articles on research findings.

Requirements:

1. High integrity. Understand copyright and related rights.
2. Advanced skills in spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets).
3. Able to think visually.
4. Having interpersonal skills.
5. Having good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
7. Persistent and patient.
8. Having advanced analytical skills.
9. 1-3 years of research experience in at least one of the following sectors: digital infrastructure, healthcare, education, socio-politics, financial markets, and economics.
10. Plus: Proficiency in data visualization, database management, or OSINT.
11. Willing to work on-site at our HO (Tokyo Hub PIK 2).

Able to develop original research agendas.

Hands-on experience handling projects.
