Research and Development (R&D) Manager

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a research and development role, preferably within the Mining, Natural Resources & Energy industry.

Strong technical expertise and understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of research and development professionals.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or technology; an advanced degree is preferred.
