Defective product repair: Responsible for the repair of defective products during the production process, including the repair of semi-finished products and finished products, to ensure that the defective products meet the quality standards after repair.
Defective product cause analysis: Analyze the defective products that appear in the production process, find out the root cause of the defective products, and propose improvement measures.
Repair plan formulation and implementation: Formulate maintenance plans, arrange maintenance work reasonably, ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and reduce defective product inventory.
Repair record management: Responsible for recording detailed information on each maintenance work, including the type, cause, maintenance method and result of the defective product, to ensure that the maintenance process is traceable.
Assist in process optimization: Provide feedback to process engineers through data and experience in the defective product repair process, assist in optimizing the production process, and reduce the generation of defective products.
Jobs Qualification:
Secondary vocational education experience in electrical, electronic, automation, etc. related majors or above.
3 years of experience in electronic product repair.
Circuit analysis ability, familiarity with schematics, PCB layout.
Experience in debugging, repairing, and testing PCBs using tools such as multimeters or oscilloscopes.
Proficient soldering and resoldering skills (DIP and SMD).
Ability to work independently and cope with rapid changes.
Creative problem-solving skills, stress resistance, and attention to detail.
