Reliability Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and participate in the investigation of all Operational Reliability Incidents through failure analysis tools with the aim of achieving ongoing continuous improvement.
• Facilitate and participate in Operational Reliability Incident Rating using Risk Assessment Matrix to manage threats and opportunities.
• Coordinate and participate in Regular Reliability Reviews, addressing special cases and common issues/threats, and provide sustainable long and short-term solutions.
• Create proactive technical monitoring based on surveillance for early detection of threats, and conduct failure analysis, problem-solving, and complex system evaluation of major equipment problems.
• Collect and analyze reliability data, maintenance costs, equipment bad actors, and SAP data for proactive actions to improve conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.

Deep knowledge of structured approaches to operational reliability improvement (risk-based matrix).

Good knowledge and capability to develop Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operational/Reliability Hazard Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Single Point of Failure Concept, and other necessary analyses.

Good knowledge of CMMS SAP, PI system, and other asset management software is preferred.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon.
