Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Relationship Manager SME at KB Bank, based in Samarinda with some work from home flexibility. The Relationship Manager SME will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs), providing financial solutions tailored to their needs, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include client meetings, financial analysis, recommending banking products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management skills and a strong understanding of SME finance
• Experience in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management
• Sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus
