Relationship Manager Priority Banking Surabaya (Kusuma Bangsa)

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business from customers.
• Promote and market the product, especially funding products (Deposito and CASA).
• Conduct fund-raising for customers (funding).
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues while providing excellent service.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Funding Officer (Retail and Corporate) in the Banking Industry.
• Experience with Deposito and CASA products.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop a personal network of customers.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent selling skills, target-oriented, and self-confident.
