Relationship Manager Priority Banking Surabaya (Basuki Rahmat)

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business from customers
• Promote and market the product, especially funding products (Deposito and CASA)
• Conduct fund-raising for customers (funding)
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues while providing excellent service.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as a Funding Officer (Retail and Corporate) in the Banking Industry
• Experience with Deposito and CASA products
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop a personal network of customers
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent selling skills, target-oriented, and self-confident
