It was formed as a result of a merger between PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk (“Bank Windu”) and PT Bank Antardaerah (“Bank Anda”) on November 30, 2016. CCB Indonesia has a network of 112 offices across various cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Mataram, Palembang, Bandar Lampung, Batam, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Makassar, and Pangkal Pinang. The bank aims to become the market maker of RMB business in Indonesia.
