Regulatory Senior Technologist (Marunda)

• BPOM & Halal Registration: Handling all aspects of product registration and approvals.
• Indonesian Standards & Regulations: Monitoring and influencing local regulations, collaborating with government and industry associations.
• Export Compliance: Ensuring products meet regulatory requirements for export markets.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and perform all of the activities related to the product registration in BPOM.
• Coordinate and manage the distributions and updates regarding the status of BPOM approval and products registration to the relevant departments (MR, Marketing, R&D).
• Coordinate and perform all of the activities related to Halal registration in BPJPH.
• Coordinate and perform all of the activities related to the registration of the permits of raw materials usage in BPJPH.
• Manage the distributions and updates for the data of matrix registration / Halal certificate and Halal raw materials approval to the relevant departments (MR, Coordinator of Internal Halal Auditor, R&D, QM).
• Manage the updated local reference or issues related to the regulation or the development of products that can have an impact on the local business.
• Develop relationships with government agencies such as BPOM, BSN, Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Industry, in order to be able to provide input to new or existing regulations related to “oil and fat” that will be implemented in Indonesia.
• Working closely with the association (GAPMMI) in order to be able to provide input to government regarding regulations related to “oil and fat”.
• Review regulatory of new SKU following country destination mentioned in Project Brief.
• Manage the updated reference or issues related to the regulation or development of products that can have an impact on the export business.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product registration, or compliance, particularly in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of BPOM and Halal certification processes.
• Experience in working with government agencies and industry associations (e.g., GAPMMI).
• Familiarity with export regulations and international market requirements is a plus.
