Job Description - Regional Supplier Supply Chain Management Expert (00945B)

The Person will be recognized as a SME with regard to both planning and production processes to support and strengthen the regional upstream capability from a supply chain and logistics perspective, as well as support the tracking of supplier performance from an upstream point of view.

Qualifications

1. Graduates or Post Graduates in Science / Engineering discipline.
2. At least 10+ years of experience in the field of Supply Chain and Procurement.
3. Electrifiers welcomed.
4. Have an IMPACT mindset to drive fundamental changes to the Upstream process.
5. Collaborative mindset with strong networking, negotiation, and team skills.
6. Required to travel around 30% to 40% of the time.
7. Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, and Supply ON is an added advantage.
8. Proficiency in English is a must. Additional languages such as Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, or Mandarin will be given preference.
