Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for Sales Promotion team understanding of their job, product & process and its updates, and ability to perform their job properly.
  • Managing and delivering various training programs (mandatory/ad hoc, soft skills/technical skills, product & process / leadership).
  • Working closely with Sales Promotion team to better understand the training needs and contextualize the training content.
  • Regularly visiting Sales Promotion team on the market and conducting individual sessions with sales promoters.
  • Regularly traveling to different cities to understand the business, the team, and take necessary actions.
  • Adjusting existing training materials and creating new ones to suit the Sales Promotion team’s needs.
  • Collaborating with Field Trainer to give more impactful intervention to ensure Sales Promoters have good knowledge and skills to perform their job.
  • Ensuring availability of training documentations and completing mandatory administrative matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor degree in any major.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer; experienced in financing or retail industry is preferred.
  • Experienced not only on training delivery & module development, but also on need assessment and post training evaluation/measurement.
  • Self starter personality and reliable to work under minimum supervision.
  • Based in Medan.
  • Willing to travel to different cities than homebase.
