Job Responsibilities
Accountable for Sales Promotion team understanding of their job, product & process and its updates, and ability to perform their job properly.
Managing and delivering various training programs (mandatory/ad hoc, soft skills/technical skills, product & process / leadership).
Working closely with Sales Promotion team to better understand the training needs and contextualize the training content.
Regularly visiting Sales Promotion team on the market and conducting individual sessions with sales promoters.
Regularly traveling to different cities to understand the business, the team, and take necessary actions.
Adjusting existing training materials and creating new ones to suit the Sales Promotion team’s needs.
Collaborating with Field Trainer to give more impactful intervention to ensure Sales Promoters have good knowledge and skills to perform their job.
Ensuring availability of training documentations and completing mandatory administrative matters.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor degree in any major.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer; experienced in financing or retail industry is preferred.
Experienced not only on training delivery & module development, but also on need assessment and post training evaluation/measurement.
Self starter personality and reliable to work under minimum supervision.
Based in Medan.
Willing to travel to different cities than homebase.
