Job description
Responsibilities:
Responsible to Plan, Coordinate, Monitor, and Evaluate the implementation of sales program and trade marketing Activities (trade program, POSM) within given cycle to maximize sales volume and market share growth in accordance with area strategies, company policy and procedures, Indonesian laws/regulation and society expectation.
Deliver the company’s sales target.
Propose and discuss the efficiency and effective Trade and Consumer promotion to support sale volume within own territory (if need).
Ensure well execution in market for any program from Trade or Brand support.
Ensure merchandising are placed in the right place.
Win the Market Share, Distribution, Visibility of our brand.
Cooperate very close with Main Distributor team, Provincial Distributor.
Ensure product is freshness in market through stock rotation must made by field force.
Requirements:
You have gained 8-10 years of experience in FMCG in a similar job (tobacco industry advantage)
Hold bachelor degree with minimum GPA of 2.75 from any educational background
You can adapt well and you are flexible
You have excellent negotiation and communication skills
Characterized by results orientation and business thinking
Good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills
Team player, proactive, and highly motivated
Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
Have ability to dealing with people
Willing to work in field
Willing to be placed in Kalimantan & Sulawesi area
