Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Sharia Bancassurance Regional Sales Manager with a passion for Sharia principles and a hunger for success. You’ll drive growth, lead dynamic teams, and shape the future of bancassurance in your region. Location will be in Semarang/Yogyakarta office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Sharia bancassurance sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategize and execute business plans that expand our Sharia bancassurance business in partnership with bank channels.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless product offerings, alignment with Sharia principles, and superior customer experience.
  • Train and develop your team with cutting-edge sales techniques and knowledge of Sharia-compliant financial products.
  • Monitor performance with precision, analyzing KPIs and sales reports to maintain leadership in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales management, especially in bancassurance or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant products and services.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive results.
  • Strategic mindset to create and implement regional growth plans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Finance, Business, or Sales background.
  • Preferably a Certified Financial Planner, with leadership and/or Sales Management experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in managing Bancassurance business, particularly in the Sharia bancassurance industry.
