Design and implement sales strategies to increase sales of GT & MT sales teams in the West Indonesia area.
Understand regional mapping and pricing strategies.
Lead and monitor sales activities of all sales teams in the company.
Determine sales targets for each sales team.
Monitor, analyze, and rotate sales team performance including collection.
Make monthly, quarterly, and annual sales estimates.
Make estimates of workforce needs to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with other divisions such as marketing, production, logistics, and others.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Qualifications
Minimum S1 from any major.
Maximum age 40 years; neat appearance.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales manager overseeing 10 sales teams.
Experienced in FMCG or commodity companies.
Have leadership, visionary, responsible, and good problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
