Build a relationship with partnership (Bank Mega).
Develop those relationships such that he is trusted for his knowledge, commitment, honesty, and willingness to support and develop business.
Manage Insurance Specialist (IS), monitoring activities, and ensure code of conduct are being upheld in every activity.
Support bridging between IS in branches and all divisions in supporting the new business or existing transactions.
Conduct socialization and product training to Bank Mega.
Conduct and accompany visits to Bank Mega customers.
Provide an explanation of bancassurance products and company profile to Bank Mega customers.
Act as a communicator of company policy to Bank Mega in accordance with applicable provisions.
Understand sales goals and provide assistance in establishing business plans. Own and coordinate efforts to fulfill quarterly and annual objectives. Reassess objectives and obstacles with the sales team as necessary. Achieve annual sales targets and objectives.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the field of Marketing/Sales Insurance/Banking Industry/Consultant/Bancassurance.
Having experience in selling financial services or investment products.
Having experience as Branch Manager/Team Leader/Senior Relationship Manager from the Banking industry.
Having experience as AM/Regional Manager from the Insurance industry.
