Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve company's target and maximize distribution of product lines through complex distribution channels and possess the ability to analyze problems within the distribution channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade leaders and distributors to create a positive impact and change to company image and business goals.
  • Work closely with distributors on coverage area to implement sales and distribution plans.
  • Analyze regional and sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze changing customer needs and market trends, understanding how they affect current and future business, and respond proactively to secure long-term business performance.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency, as well as promotion effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Set clear performance standards and expectations based on business strategy and goals for ASMs and distributors.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in FMCG, with 4 years as a Senior Sales Manager.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel.
  • Deep understanding of operational sales and distribution across all channels: GT, MT, Horeca, especially in the Jabodetabekkar Region is a must.
  • Good communication, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Able to manage a large team.
  • High achiever and target-oriented.
