Job Description:

• We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Bancassurance Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Bancassurance business. You will spearhead regional growth, inspire high-performing teams, and forge strong bank partnerships to maximize sales.

Qualifications:

• Min of a Bachelor degree, preferably from Finance, Business and Sales background.
• Preferably a Certified Financial Planner, leadership and/or Sales Management.
• 6 years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage a dynamic sales force to achieve and exceed bancassurance sales targets.
• Build Strategic Alliances with banking partners to drive seamless product integration and sales success.
• Execute Winning Sales Strategies tailored to the region's needs and market dynamics.
• Develop and Coach your team to deliver exceptional performance through training, mentoring, and motivational leadership.
• Analyze and Optimize performance metrics to ensure continuous growth and market leadership.
