Job description

Job Descriptions:

  1. Develop sales strategies to achieve the company's target and maximize distribution of product lines through complex distribution channels and possess the ability to analyze problems within the distribution channel.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade leaders and distributors to create a positive impact and change to company image and business goals.
  3. Work closely with distributors on coverage area to implement sales and distribution plans.
  4. Analyze regional and sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Analyze changing customer needs and market trends, understand how they affect the current and future business, and respond proactively to secure long-term business performance.
  6. Collaborate with trade marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency, promotion effectiveness, and efficiency.
  7. Set clear performance standards and expectations based on business strategy and goals for ASMs and distributors.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. At least 10 years of working experience in FMCG, with 4 years as a Senior Sales Manager.
  3. Applicants must be willing to travel.
  4. Deep understanding of operational sales and distribution across all channels: GT, MT, Horeca, especially in the Bali - Nusra Region is a must.
  5. Good communication, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  6. Able to manage a large team effectively.
  7. High achiever and target-oriented.
