Regional Sales Analyst Manager (Business Intelligence Analyst)

Key Overview
We are looking for a Regional Sales Analyst Leader to oversee and develop a team of regional sales analysts. This role will drive data-driven decision making across regional sales operations, ensuring strategic alignment between data insights and business goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with leadership skills, supporting the sales team to achieve optimal performance across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Regional Sales Analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
  • Set clear objectives and performance KPIs, ensuring team alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Develop accurate regional sales forecasts and reports, based on historical data, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all sales reports and performance reviews.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for better data consistency and alignment.
  • Continuously improve data processes, tools, and reporting methodologies to enhance analysis quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics and/or field sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, with experience in Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with sales reporting, performance tracking, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset, able to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
