Job Desc :

• Planning a sales strategy and promotions
• Coordinating and implement sales, marketing and tinting programs.
• Monitoring market and demand conditions.
• Identifying opportunities for opening new areas.
• Controlling the use of the regional budget.
• Build relationships with regional Pareto distributors or customers.
• Evaluating the performance of the branch and encourage the achievement of targets.
• Doing the Improvement Project.
• Interacting with Customer through CRM.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree from all major
• Minimum 10 years working experience in building materials, paint, and/or FMCG industry
• Excellent analytical skills
• Have a good Communication and Negotiations skill
• Proficiency in English
• Available to travel across Indonesia
