Job Description:

• Process all administration related to employees at the branch in accordance with applicable regulations in order to minimize the level of irregularities.
• Conduct socialization and implement all programs related to People and Culture in the branches that are their responsibility, in order to support the achievement of the Regional People Partner targets.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
