Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis on sales, dealer productivity, and store profitability as well as manage stock requirements planning both in retail channels and distribution channels.
• Coordinate setting sales targets for each brand in distribution channels and sales per BU, by store by category for retail channels with the sales team and channel management, as well as analyzing and monitoring targets & KPIs.
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of store performance, dealers, and communication to RCM & RMO and regions as a reference for action plans. Monitor the Incentive region.
• Manage the estimated stock requirement (Forecasting Stock), monitoring stock levels and DOS.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree with any major.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position as a data analyst.
• Good knowledge of using MS Excel and data analysis.
