Job description

Regional Customer Success Manager - SaaS

Require an enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:

  1. Be the Point of Contact for Customer Success in the respective region in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers.
  2. Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
  3. Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for company products/services.
  4. Work with company Solution Architects to fine-tune and present solutions to customers.
  5. Ensure time-bound revenue book and collection of receivables.
  6. Grow and build the CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.

Skills & Experience

  1. Align with customers and company to create a joint vision of the future.
  2. Empathy with customer.
  3. Be consistent and detail-oriented.
  4. University Degree with a minimum of 10-15 years in CSM (Customer Success).
  5. Retail software experience.
  6. Creativity in solving complex problems.
  7. Is an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team environment.

Work Setup:

  1. Work shift: Dayshift.
  2. Setup: Hybrid - Depending on client requirements, must be willing to do client visits.
  3. Location: Must be from Jakarta.
