Recruitment Specialist Yogyakarta

MyRobin.ID, a leading on-demand blue-collar workers platform in Indonesia, is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist for our Yogyakarta office.

Job Summary:

1. Partner with the Business Development team to understand client hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect required skills and qualifications.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
3. Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
4. Perform pre-employment screenings for positions requiring specific skills and safety requirements.
5. Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and ensure it meets client needs and timeline.

Requirements:

1. Domicile in Yogyakarta. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Previous internship or experience in the same field is a plus.
3. Comfortable working with diverse candidates, from entry-level workers to experienced workers.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process.
6. Strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and team player.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS databases, and statistical packages.
8. Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
