Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable University
• At least 3 years of working experience in Recruitment and Training Specialist
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, such as Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Experience in coordinating technical and non-technical training end to end
• Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintaining a strong employer brand is a responsibility shared between corporate communications, social teams, and among all employees
