Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role.
3. Proficient in English (minimum CEFR C1) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven experience in sourcing candidates for the IT industry, including various roles and competencies required.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Well-organised with attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches.
2. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
3. Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking.
4. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
5. Stay up to date on industry hiring trends and emerging sourcing tools.
6. Continuously improve sourcing techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Experience

3. Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
