Recruitment Manager -Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
2. Developing job descriptions and posting job openings on various job boards.
3. Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and campus interviews.
4. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to determine candidate suitability.
5. Coordinating and conducting interviews with users and team members.
6. Conducting reference and background checks on potential candidates.
7. Collecting all relevant documents including Complete CV, Educational certificates (Ijazah), Experience/work certificates, domicile, SKCK, KK, KTP, Salary slip, SPT, etc. Verifying the documents in conjunction with original documents with relevant, reliable sources like University, ex-employer, RT/RW (referral check).
8. Extending job offers and negotiating employment and contract terms.
9. Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
10. Preparing the offering letter, PKWT, MCU & joining arrangement.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. S-1 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or related field.
2. At least 8 years of experience as Manager in recruitment or talent acquisition in civil construction roads & flyovers – infrastructure projects.
3. Age Group 35-45 Male/Female with an attractive personality.
4. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, negotiations, and techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
6. Ability to identify top talent and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
8. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
9. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team for construction.
