The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager for coal Mining operation in Kalimantan include:
Develop manpower requirement plans and examine all the best recruitment sources.
Implement recruitment programs based on ongoing requirements to meet current and future needs, focusing mainly on ongoing recruitment from staff to managerial levels for coal mining operations in Kalimantan.
Maintain a substantial database of candidates with operational skills and proven track records through job advertisements, job fairs, campus interviews, and other sources of information.
Be well-versed with the recruitment process, retention plans, succession plans, SOP recruitment, best practices, developing job descriptions, and posting job openings on various job boards and social media sites.
Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and campus interviews.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine candidate suitability.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with users and team members.
Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
Collect all relevant documents including CVs, educational certificates, experience/work certificates, domicile, SKCK, KK, KTP, salary slips, SPT, etc., and verify these documents with original sources.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment and contract terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
Prepare offering letters, PKWT, MCU, and joining arrangements.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:
S-1 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience as a recruitment manager or talent acquisition in coal mining operations as a contractor.
Age group 35-45, male or female, with an attractive personality.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, negotiations, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to identify top talent and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred candidates have worked in competent large coal mining operations as contractors.
