Identify and target high-potential candidates within the fashion retail industry through proactive headhunting and networking.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, industry events, fashion networks, and recruitment platforms, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the fashion retail industry, including designers, merchandisers, buyers, and other key roles.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Lead and conduct promotion assessments to identify internal talent and support career progression within the company.
Analyze industry trends and candidate profiles to ensure alignment with the company’s specific needs.
Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in recruitment and assessment.
Background in the retail industry is an advantage.
Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.
Persistent, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and proficient in computer skills.
Willing to be based in Lippo Karawaci.
