Job description

Job Summary:

The People Analyst (Recruitment) is responsible for managing and optimizing the recruitment systems and data processes. This role involves the oversight of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, Recruitment BI, and other related systems to ensure efficient and compliant recruitment operations. The People Analyst will act as a super user and support PIC for recruitment systems, provide insights, and monitor key recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management:

  • Oversee and manage systems used in the recruitment process, including ATS, HRIS, Recruitment BI, and other related systems.
  • Act as the super user of the ATS, ensuring optimal functionality and user support.

Data Management:

  • Manage recruitment data, including ATS data and manual worksheets, ensuring accuracy and responsibility for data integrity.
  • Monitor all recruitment-related metrics, such as fulfillment rate, SLA, NPS, adoption rate, and data anomalies.

Support and Compliance:

  • Serve as the support PIC for ATS and recruitment-related systems, providing assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment system usage policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
  • Initiatives and Projects:
  • Support recruitment system or data-related initiatives in daily recruitment activities or as part of recruitment projects
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in offering insights or data/system perspectives on recruitment-related technology or data issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a data or system-related field.
  • Experience in Human Capital data management, preferably with recruitment data.
  • Proficient in advanced spreadsheet functions like power query, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Skilled in BI software, especially Power BI, with experience in row-level security and multiple data sources.
  • Experienced as a superuser/admin for HRIS and Human Capital systems, preferably Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Understanding of business processes, with experience in Business Process Improvement preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for providing insight from data/system side.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and Workato.
  • Familiarity with tools like Python, SQL, and Power Apps for future improvements.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Pipelines, and Data Management.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate user needs into technical practices.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Karawaci, Tangerang.
