Job Summary:
The People Analyst (Recruitment) is responsible for managing and optimizing the recruitment systems and data processes. This role involves the oversight of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, Recruitment BI, and other related systems to ensure efficient and compliant recruitment operations. The People Analyst will act as a super user and support PIC for recruitment systems, provide insights, and monitor key recruitment metrics.
