Perform end to end recruitment & hiring processes for all LX International subsidiaries in Indonesia.
Liaising with internal departments or subsidiaries to determine recruitment needs.
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates using a variety of search methods: online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, flyers and head hunter provider when required.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Perform reference checks as needed.
Managing the employee agreement including all related documents and controlling employee contracts.
Making reports on recruitment progress, documenting & filing new employee files, inputting & updating new employee database in HRIS.
Monitoring government regulations related to UU Ketenagakerjaan, Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja, legislation and benefit trends.
Managing LinkedIn Company page regarding Employer Branding (Job Posting and posting Greeting Cards).
Maintaining good relationships with top universities within Indonesia.
Managing Employer Branding activities within LX International Indonesia.
Requirement:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology from a reputable university, with a good academic record.
At least 5 years of working experience as a recruiter in a Multinational Company or Korean company is a MUST.
Strong computer application background and administrative skills.
Excellent command of English for both spoken and written (Able to communicate in Korean language is a plus).
Reliable, trustworthy, positive, energetic, self-motivated and high initiative.
Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Having good relationship skills, good communication skills, good negotiation skills, good personality, good integrity, good analytical skills, persistence, well-organized and strong interpersonal skills.
Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta area.
