Responsible for the strategic and effective management of the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all positions in the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, experience in mass recruitment is an advantage.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Able to administered psychological test tools.
• Experienced in having Behavioral Event Interview.
• Have good analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Have good communication skill.
• Able to work under a demanding schedule and have a sense of urgency.
