About the role

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/ Front Desk Supervisor to join our thriving wellness retreat in the heart of Ubud, Bali. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk, ensuring our guests receive exceptional customer service from the moment they arrive.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly manner
• Handling booking inquiries, reservations and check-ins/check-outs
• Responding to guest queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing and coordinating the work of the front desk team
• Overseeing inventory and supply levels for the front desk
• Providing administrative support to the management team as required
• Promoting the company's services and facilities to guests

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar front desk or reception role, ideally within the hospitality or wellness industry
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing high-quality guest experiences
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work calmly under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
