Role: Receptionist

Location: Jl. Kediri 80361 Tuban Bali, Park 23 Creative Hub

Work Location: Bali

Working Schedule: 5 days work week office hour (Planned by the hiring manager)

Client Industry: Consumer electronics, software, and services

Job Description:

Represent the company to provide service delivery at the site.

You will be supporting job responsibilities within courier, receptionist, administrative, and customer service functions.

Respond to emails and follow up when necessary.

Book meeting rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is set up before the commencement of meetings.

Send out multiple calendar invites to respective parties.

Administer expense claims in adherence to existing guidelines.

Be agile, resourceful, and a quick thinker, able to handle up to 8 stakeholders.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the client.

Requirements:

  1. Must be bilingual, minimally in English & Bahasa
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist role (any industry)
  3. Basic computer and math knowledge
  4. Good at handling administration
  5. Well-groomed and outgoing personality

Salary Range: USD 450 - 600 per month (depending on experience)
