Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our growing team at PT Tayang Group Indonesia. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming impression for all our visitors, clients, and colleagues. This is a full-time position based in our South Jakarta office.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
2. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
4. Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
5. Provide general administrative support to the team.
6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
7. Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
8. Assist with other office tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
6. Ability to handle inquiries with patience and courtesy.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
2. Familiarity with basic office management systems.
