Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our luxury villas and real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury property sales and marketing, with strong skills in digital marketing, campaign development, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Luxury Property Sales:
   • Drive sales of luxury villas and real estate properties.
   • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
2. Marketing and Campaign Development:
   • Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote luxury properties.
   • Create and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
3. Deal Structuring:
   • Negotiate and structure deals to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.
   • Work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
4. CRM Management:
   • Oversee and optimize the use of CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
   • Analyze CRM data to improve customer relationship strategies.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Utilize PowerPoint and Excel to prepare sales reports and presentations.
   • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform business strategies.
6. Communication:
   • Maintain a high level of communication with clients and team members.
   • Conduct presentations and meetings with stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of English proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in luxury property sales and marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
