Raw & Pack Material Coordinator, Bandaraya

As Raw & Packaging Material Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring overall management of the quality system for all raw & packaging materials used in the factory, including acceptance (development RM PM), release process, non-conformance handling, monitoring, and compliance of raw material. This ensures the material can be used safely to produce high-quality & high-compliance products.

A day in the life of...

• Ensure a safe workplace and safe ways of working.
• Responsible for planning and execution of the quality system for all raw materials used in the factory, including acceptance, release process, non-conformance handling, and monitoring.
• Perform vendor assessment management of raw & packaging material, including planning, execution, & reporting in collaboration with the Supplier Quality Manager (Market).
• Continuous development of the Raw Material Monitoring Plan.
• Planning and execution of raw & packaging material contaminant surveillance & compliance.
• Factory contact point for LIMS sample submission to regional laboratories.
• Responsible for managing incoming packaging laboratory operations.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor (S-1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related (Technical).
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in quality stream, food safety, and food company.

Knowledge & Experience in the following aspects:

• Constructing HACCP Study for Raw & Packaging materials.
• Setting systems for FSSC 22000; ISO-TS 22002-1: 2009; ISO 9001:2000.
• Basic Chemistry, basic Microbiology, and basic packaging quality knowledge.
• Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Problem Solving.
