R&D Wood Coating Manager

Responsibilities

1. Planning a new wood coating product development process
2. Responsible to control the use of materials and energy
3. Identify and evaluate unsuitable wood coating finished products and reformulating the product
4. Controlling the process of testing formulas in production
5. Evaluating the suitability and quality handling of the trial formula
6. Planning and evaluating waste treatment systems

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Assistant Manager/Manager R&D in paint industry especially in Wood.
3. Mastering the whole process, starting from the analysis of all needs/resources, research, formulation and product testing
4. Have leadership skills & Strategic Planning
5. Target oriented, creative and problem solver
6. Placement in Sidoarjo
