R&D Product Development Specialist (Frozen Food)

We seek a highly skilled and passionate R&D Product Development Specialist to join our team in the food production industry. As an R&D Product Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and improving our frozen food products. You will be responsible for developing new formulas and refining existing ones through a process of researching, designing, experimenting, and testing to suit the target market's needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology/Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Have more than 3 years of experience in R&D Product Development for the frozen foods product category.
• Proficiency in sensory evaluation techniques and statistical analysis.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Willing to be placed in our Head Office (Wu Tower) in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a monthly portfolio of new product development updates and action plans.
• Maintain product specifications and costing information on file to ensure that it is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Manage the formulation of the products.
• Record all the trial results (e.g., product/process proposal specifications, documentation of recipes, formulation, etc.) and facilitate communication with the internals.
• Support and execute all or parts of exploration/conceptualization and the creative process to discover new or develop existing Technology.
• Aware of general areas of application of other technical disciplines.
