R&D Paint Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Planning and conducting long-term research regarding new product development, substitution, and optimization formulation.
2. Reporting the results directly to the manager and/or director.
3. Supporting corporate business operations as well as organizational development and culture together with the team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Paint or Coating Industry.

1. Excellent communicator and facilitator.
2. Good written and verbal presentation skills.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Proficient computer skills.
5. Proficient in English.
