R&D Assistant Supervisor / Jr. Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor R&D or Product Development in the Food Manufacturing industry (Custard, Jam, Spread, Sauce) or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of food regulations, HACCP Food Manufacturing, ISO 9001:2008, FSSC 22000 V6, HAS 2300, GMP, HALAL certification processes.
• Good attitude, leadership & communication skills.
• Fluent in English or able to speak Japanese (is a plus).
• Willing to work in South Cikarang.

Job Description:

• Responsible for research and development for products by following formulation and guidance to meet customer satisfaction.
• Create R&D planning and reporting.
• Ensure that the developed products meet applicable government regulations, food safety regulations, and standards.
