Job Description

1. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, labor laws, and government regulations while managing HR administration, policies, and compensation structures.
2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training programs, and career development to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
3. Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations, implementing engagement initiatives, and ensuring staff well-being.
4. Identify training needs, conduct skills development programs, and manage performance appraisals to enhance employee growth.
5. Maintain HR records, prepare reports, manage budgets, and ensure the successful implementation of corporate training programs.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations management.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
