Quality Transformation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary assurance authority within the Project Quality team.
• Coordinate all quality assurance activities across our work sites.
• Deliver and lead the Quality Transformation Program (QTP) training for new team members.
• Oversee and monitor QTP initiatives across all disciplines, ensuring consistent quality improvements.
• Manage and track the KPIs of the QTP, ensuring they are met and exceeded.
• Lead the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) Audit Program.
• Establish audit programs and schedules.
• Issue audit terms of reference and perform detailed audits.
• Report findings and ensure timely resolution of corrective actions.
• Oversee the Project Surveillance and Inspection Plan (SIP), ensuring alignment with COMPANY expectations.
• Ensure project adherence to COMPANY specifications with a risk-based assurance approach.
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor Inspection and Test Plans for the project.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Expertise in ISO standards, including ISO 9000, ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 10005, ISO 19011, ISO 10006, and ISO 10474.
• Formal qualification in QMS auditing, including completion of a Lead QMS Auditor course.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI or similar tools.
• Extensive knowledge of industry codes and standards (DNV, ISO 9000 series, ASTM, NORSOK, API, ANSI, ASME, NACE, AWS).
• Proven experience in fabrication and construction, with a deep understanding of materials management, welding, NDT, and coatings.
