QUALITY SAFETY & ASSURANCE STAFF (QS/QA)

• Diploma / Strata 1 from Health Safety Environment or Logistics or equivalent and Certified 'ahli K3 umum'
• Understand in warehouse and logistic industry
• Understand 7 QC tools
• Willing to work hard and highly motivated
• Be able to work under pressure
• Familiar with incident investigation and reporting
• Good organizational skills and attention to details
• Willing to follow recruitment process and working in Bekasi area

Responsibilities:

• Ensure actual operational activities are in accordance with SOPs & Work Instructions
• Carried out safety induction for new employees and annual refreshment
• Carried out Quality and Safety training
• Ensure all standards and procedures are implemented
• Monitoring and maintaining daily inspection of vehicle (truck), forklift, ladder platform, Drum Gripper and other work equipment
• Accommodate daily safety talk
• Active in behavior monitoring
• Conduct health monitoring for all employees
• Review JSA
• Involved in Kaizen
• Carried out daily and monthly genba facility and warehouse including 5S standard
• Investigation and reporting of any incident or abnormality issue
